🚚 Delivery Time
Major cities: 3–5 business days
Other areas: 5–7 business days
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
💰 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery. You can pay the full amount in cash to the delivery rider when your order arrives.
📞 Order Confirmation
For COD orders, our team may contact you by phone to confirm your order before dispatch.
📍 Incorrect Address / Phone Number
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and active phone number. Al-Rehman is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
📦 Delayed or Damaged Orders
If your package is delayed, damaged, or appears to have been opened, please contact our customer support as soon as possible so we can assist you
